Pixie the poodle, owned by Mrs. Eugene Blocker of 1255 West Rosedale. Pixie and her owner spent the whole day at the pet "beauty shop" before leaving for New York to visit relatives. Pixie is shown in the center of the image before getting a haircut. Published in the evening edition, April 19, 1950.
