Mrs. P. W. Riggins, former president of Women of Rotary, was honored recently at a coffee given by Mrs. O. B. Sellers at her home, 6009 El Campo Terrace. Mr. and Mrs. Riggins, who reside at 3624 Norfolk Road, will move to Houston soon.
