These boys are three of 32 Texas 4-H Club members who are delegates to the National 4-H Club Congress in Chicago. Left to right, Elowyn Ellis of Plainview, Kenneth Sellers of Ralls, Crosby County, and Delbert Davidson of Big Spring. The boys are well dressed in suit and hat for their travel.
