Sargeant First Class Bill Bumgarner found he had a job getting to know his 17-month-old niece, Stephanie Gail Bumgarner, when he arrived home from Korea in time for Thanksgiving. Here the little girl reaches for Bill's ribbons which include a Bronze Star, Korean combat ribbon with two stars and the United Nations ribbon.
