Description
Thirteen-year-old Joan Peterson will be able to eat any food on her mother's table Thanksgiving day, November 27. And she's thankful about it. Joan has been on a restricted diet, mostly liquids, since having a 2 1/2-inch corsage pin removed from her stomach by surgery. She swallowed the pin August 22 while rolling up her hair and holding the pin in her mouth.
