Description
Among 1,495 children who went to the Shrine Circus on special invitations for orphan and handicapped youngsters Saturday were, children from Lena Pope Home, who got better acquainted with Circus Clown Van Wells. The children went to the circus in special buses provided by Fort Worth Lions Club. Shriners will have about 5,000 children as their special guests for five matinees during the 10-day run of the show.
