Participants in the ribbon cutting north of Hillsboro Thursday were, left to right, State Highway Engineer D. C. Greer of Austin, who used the scissors; Robert J. Potts of Harlingen, member of the Texas Highway Commission; T. C. Jones, chairman of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce's highway committee, and R. G. Dohoney, chairman of the Hillsboro chamber's highway committee.
