These former Fort Worth high school foes are now teammates at Texas Tech. They are, left to right, Tackle Hollice Davis of Diamond Hill, Center Ralph Martin of Paschal, Tackle Marland Ribble of Arlington Heights and Halfback Don Harris of Laneri. The Raiders worked out at Texas Christian University and meet North Texas State at Denton. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition November 8, 1952.
