Description
It's a long way off, but buyers at the National Fashion Exhibitors showings at Hotel Texas are selecting hats like these for Easter. The sailor has a navy and white straw crown and double red fabric brim with a red rose bobbing over the forehead. The fez is in hand-pleated gold cloth with a flower top. Both are Louie Miller designs.
