Description
Johnson Station Moves Closer to T&P - Tarrant County's oldest settlement, Johnson Station, is moving closer to the Texas & Pacific Railway that by-passed it 80 years ago by three miles. The community is building homes north toward Arlington and Arlington has ringed an area to the community's northern boundary - Arkansas Lane. At top left is Joe Hendric, 83, a 38-year resident of the area, visiting with J. E. Bodine, groceryman.
