Description

Holding the Texas Wesleyan College (TWC) freshman class queen beneath the flagpole where a frosh flag flew for the first time in eight years are Freshman Dale Howard of Detroit, left, and David Hoskins of San Angelo. Their right is the class president, Carroll Graves of 2552 E. Vickery. Hoskins is the one who went up the pole with the flag. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition April 3, 1950.
