After the fourth day of water shortage in Browning Heights, Mrs. C. M. Hayes of Smith Saint, cannot even bathe her niece, Paula Jean Bass, 6, in her sink where she had stored a little water in pans before the faucet went dry. A pump breakdown was blamed for the shortage.
