    On the Armory Site - Checking map points against the actual terrain just southeast of Farrington Field Thursday morning, in a final site inspection for Fort Worth's proposed $300,000 armory, are, left to right, Colonel Marcus E. Jones of Austin, deputy chief of the Texas Military District; Marshall Kennady, Chamber of Commerce military affairs committee chairman; Lieutenant Colonel L. F. Springer of Washington, chief of the Army reserves' facilities branch, and L. T. Mattingly of the 4th Army's Corps of Engineers staff.
