E. W. Napier, Wichita Falls attorney seeking election to the U. S. Senate, recited his platform from atop his red, white, and blue painted car here Monday. The sensational candiadate spoke from his moving car on downtown streets and in Haltom City and then parked at the entrance to the Convair plant.
