Annual federal tax forum of the Mid Continent Oil and Gas Association was brought to a close with election of officers Tuesday at the Hilton Hotel. F. J. Blaise, left, Pure Oil Company, Chicago was elected chairman, with Riley Frick, Tide Water Associated Oil Company, Tulsa, named vice chairman. Center is L. E. Frensley, Magnolia Petroleum Company, Dallas, retiring chairman.
