Main Breaks On Main - City mains burst Friday for the third straight day after 100-degree weather set off record demands for water. Shown here is the lake created in the 1600 block of Main after a 12 inch pipe broke shortly before daylight Friday. City water officials said the repair job would be completed Friday afternoon.
