Claude Latson, right, president of the Veterans Memorial, receives from William C. McCraw of Dallas, past Texas department commander of the American Legion, a plaque in honor of Latson's outstanding work in the erection of the memorial building. The plaque was provided by Railway Mail Service Post 477, Fort Worth.
