Pep Talk - Scanning statistics and reports on the Port of Houston are four men who attended a dinner held at Fort Worth Club Tuesday night by the south Texas seaport delegation here for the annual inland meeting of Texas Ports' Association. Left to right are Vernon Bailey, administrative assistant of the port; Frank Bailey Sr. and general manager of the port. The dinner Grain Company here, and W. F. Heavy, Frank Bailey Jr., officials of the Frank Bais attended by approximately 50 Fort Worth business men.
