Thomas E. Mosheim of Houston was a busy man he pleaded the Taft cause before the Republican executive committee at Mineral Wells. His glasses and documents kept the Houston man well occupied as he discussed the legality of the Harris County delegation. A man wearing a suit looking at documents sitting at a table.
