This group of Loyal Democrats conferred at San Antonio to outline their tactics for the state Democratic convention opening. Standing, left to right, are W. H. Kittrell of Dallas; J. Fagan Dickson of Austin, executive director of the Loyal Democrats, and Harry Seay of Dallas, former state chairman. Seated, left to right, are Walter Hall of League City and John D. Cofer of Austin. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, May 26, 1952. Five men together in a room having a conversation with each other wearing suits.
