Governor Shivers, left, is shown as he conferred at San Antonio with Bill Brown of Fort Worth, during a press conference at the Gunter Hotel. Brown was Shivers' manager in Tarrant County in Shivers' last campaign. Two men together in conversation wearing suits. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, May 26, 1952.
