L. Berry, Texas adjutant general; Brigadier General Joe W. Kelly, 19th Division Commander; Brigadier General John W. Naylor, deputy commander of the 49th Armored Division, Texas National Guard, and Colonel Edwin D. McCoy, Fort Worth Quartermaster Depot commander. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition May 19, 1952.
