Tarrant County Clerk Mel Faulk, left, Clyde P. Weed, center, and County Auditor J. M. (Star) Williams, scan a newspaper as they wait for testimony to get under way in the Montgomery tax evasion trial in Dallas. Weed was foreman of the special grand jury which returned the indictment against Montgomery here. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition May 14, 1952.
