    Description

    Cullen Rogers, left, pushes Bermuda grass through an old silage cutter to make two-inch sprigs which will be planted on his new waterway. Handling the grass to Rogers is Kenneth Coan and keeping the grass damp is James Benson. Both are Soil Conservation Service technicians from De Leon. Published in the morning edition, March 29, 1950.
