Description
After several false starts, the STEA governors finally got around to giving away the TV set, and Joe Titus, night police reporter, won. Sad to see was June Tipton, who was first announced as the winner, but whose card was Red 42, not the winning Red 2. Joe didn't have a TV set, either. Titus is kneeling in front of the television set, and holding a card.
