Bishop Thomas K. Gorman receives the obedience of Reverend Robert Lazzari, O. S. B. principal of Laneri High School, from his episcopal throne in the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart in Dallas. Bishop Gorman is holding the crozier, symbol of the new coadjutor-bishop's authority. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition May 9, 1952.
