Murphy of Carswell Air Force Base, left, who spoke at a kickoff session in E. M. Daggett School. Left to right with him are Weldon Sullivan of Cub Pack 9, Darrell Barrett of Troop 46 and Karen Schweitzer of the Junior Red Cross. The 585th Air Force Band from Carswell played.
