Bill Conly, blond-locked 2-year-old, didn't take to the idea of Barber Lee V. Grubbs using scissors on his curls. It was Bill's first haircut and after a few snips he got reconciled to it. The boy is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Conly of 2314 North Houston.
