This being bluebonnet season, there is nothing like a drive to Cresson, Granbury or Glen Rose to see the bluebonnets and scan the fields for the shadows of blue on the horizon, a lovely sight which makes Texas in the spring a real street. One of the proudest Fort Worth mamas Eloise Brightwell Kohen's daughter Patricia Benoit, opened in "The Brass Ring" at the Lyceum Theater in New York. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition April 20, 1952.
