This is one of the 25 Texas-bred Jerseys going to Arabia as foundation stock for a dairy improvement program financed by the Arabian government to demonstrate the merits of quality cattle. Standing left to right are Charles Kirkham, Sam Logan, Dr. Joe Mims, and James Robert Simons. Kirkham, Mims and A. T. Hays (not in picture) will accompany the cattle. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition April 3, 1952.
