This three-man nominating committee named by the county grand jury was busy organizing a Citizens Committee for Law Enforcement. Each member will report with 12 nominees from which the 24 member group will be chosen. Left to right are R. L. Hoyt; Judge Dave McGee of Criminal District Court No. 2, chairman, and Hugh Hoover. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, April 3, 1952.
