Charles Sinclair, right, Technical High School junior, is shown admiring the set of tools he won last Saturday by winning high point honors in contests held by the Vocational Industrial Clubs of Texas at Technical. At left is his teacher, W. D. Lane. Sinclair, named president of the state group, is the son of Master Sgt. and Mrs. Alex Venski of 100 Seymour St. The tools were donated by Convair Management Club. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, March 28, 1952.
