The photograph captured in the Fort Worth Convention. Enjoying the convention and visiting with their many friends were left to right, Mr. and Mrs. M. B. Costello of Palo Pinto, and Mr. and Mrs. L. C. Atkinson of Throckmorton. They have all been friends for a long time and had been talking about the beginning of horse races they had staged. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, March 20, 1952.
