Bill Harris, left, and James B. Crocker, center, tied for first place in an apprentice brick-laying contest. They are shown with Neill Boldrick, who presented the awards. Harris and Crocker will go to Houston on April 12 to compete in a state contest where the winner will represent Texas at the national contest in Boston. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition March 15, 1952.
