This line formed on the first floor of the U. S. Courthouse Wednesday before the 8:30 a. m. opening of the Office of the Collector of Internal Revenue. The office will be open for last minute income taxpayers from 8:30 a. m. until 5 p. m. through Saturday and from 8:30 a. m. until midnight Monday. No returns will be made out in the office after 5 p. m. Monday. Returns must be in mails before midnight Monday.
