This stabilizer is being used by Mrs. Rufus Garrett Junior, a volunteer worker at the Disabled Children's Treatment Center, to teach Donna Jean Green, 2, good standing balance so she can learn to walk alone. Donna Jean, a cerebral palsy victim, is one of 330 children helped at the center since 1947 through the annual Easter Seal Sale.
