George W. Thompson Jr., local Chamber of Commerce president, laughed aside jibes about horse meat as he welcomed Tulsa business men and officials to a ham and egg breakfast in Hotel Texas. Tulsans are Tom McDermott, standing right. Chamber of Commerce president; W. D. Dysart, lawyer shown shaking hands with Thompson, and George V. Metzel, sitting right, University of Tulsa registrar.
