Community Chest workers and officials paid standing tribute to R. E. Harding when his death was announced at their annual dinner. Harding was honorary president of the chest. Left to right are Homer Covey, Clay Berry, newly-elected president; Dr. Law Sone of Texas Wesleyan College; Lorin A. Boswell, outgoing president, and J.
