Description
The clubhouse proper of Top O'Hill Terrace will be torn down to make room for the main building of the proposed Arlington Country Club. Sold Thursday, the clubhouse and approximately 47 acres of adjoining land will be converted into a subdivision surrounding the new club, The basement of the above building, which was used as the Terrace's "game room", will be retained for foundation of the new structure. A building with trees in front of it and a grass field.
