Description

This county-owned dump truck from Precinct 4 came to the end of the trail in the 900 block of summit. Brakes failed on a slope, Driver Joe Polachik tried to curb the runaway, the rear wheel assembly gave way and a 5,000-pound load of concrete blocks went bumping to the ground.
