Description
Early buyers of tickets for the Texas Sports and Outdoor Show include members of the Fort Worth Anglers Club. Saving money by purchasing tickets in the advance sale are, left to right, Roy Weathersby, J. F. Nunn, County Judge Brown, Leonard D. Lamb, C. L. Manning and C. H. (Johnny) Pratt. Selling them are John Cadwallader, left, anglers' secretary, and D. B. Wiley, president. The show, sponsored by the Star-Telegram as a benefit for the Free Milk and Ice Fund, in Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition March 18, 1950.
