Description
Included in the Panhandle delegation to New York were, standing, Irbin Wall and Dan Higgins as well as, seated, Mrs. Wall and Mrs. Higgins, all of Amarillo. Big hats of Texans enchanted blase New Yorkers but the feminine contingent from Texas went for the Fifth Avenue millinery, as witness the hat box.
