The first spadeful of earth for the new Rosen Heights Presbyterian Church at 24th Street and Highway 183 is turned by J. E. Balthrop, Raymond Dial, D. I. Kelley and Reverend John F. Walvoord, former pastor, left to right. Dial is building committee chairman and Balthrop and Kelley are charter members.
