John Bales and Connie Powell will open the Seat cover Center Inc. at 616 West 7th. Factory-made seat covers will be installed and the firm will carry a line of auto accessories. "You can drive in your car and in 30 minutes be gone, with new seat covers," Powell pointed out. "It's theo nly tink of its kind in Fort Worth." Powell has been a buyer for an auto accessories firm here for 10 years and Bales also operates a local wholesale auto supply business.
