Mrs. Charles D. Tandy poses with the plaque she has donated as a perpetual trophy to be offered for the dog making the highest yearly average score at obedience trials that was trained in the classes of the Fort Worth Dog Training Club. Each winner's name, score and owner will be inscribed on the trophy. A woman standing up, and facing forward she is smiling.
