Image of O. W. Morrow published after his death. Texas Ranger, Gully Cowsert, rode into Marfa and stated a mounted posse had tracked the killer of Sheriff O. W. (Blackie) Morrow, 15 miles through rugged mountain, but lost his trail through the Mexican border.
