Description
National Safety Queen Bridget Carr found Yellow Cab's E. L. Smith a much saner fellow than the red-haired comic, Red Skelton, who has the title role in the movie she is publicizing, "Yellow Cab Man." Her, they discuss the certificate Smith received for his 800,000 accident-free miles. Smith was one of five yellow cab drivers who in Carr's name, received Safety Council certificate awards.
