Interested spectators at matinee performance of the rodeo and horse show at the Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show were, center, Fred Husbands, of Abilene, executive vice president and general manager of the West Texas Chamber of Commerce, and Frank H. Kelley, of Colorado City, president of the West Texas Chamber of Commerce. The other man was unidentified. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition February 1, 1952.
