"The Merry Widow" audience. At the first presentation of a Civic Opera Association performance at the Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show brought out formal attire and western togs. Happy over the first night turnout was Mrs. O. R. Grogan, left, Opera Guild president; Miss Margaret Sammer, center, and Mrs. Grace Ward Lankford, president of the Fort Worth Piano Teachers' Forum.
