Robert Smith, left, and Bill Kennedy of Panther Boys Club almost won championships in the recent Fort Worth regional tournament as PBC won its third team title. Bob and Bill lost closed decisions in the finals. They'll get chances in the coming state tournament if alternates are required for the champions. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition February 2, 1952.
